Millennium Funds offer “A” participation units which are charged with an administrative fee upon acquisition.
Accumulation principle
Millennium Funds there apply an accumulation principle. It means that the amount of the administrative fee depends on the sum of payments and the value of records in the Subfund.
Swap
A swap is subject to an administrative fee. It is a simultaneous repurchase of participation units of one Millennium fund/sub-fund and acquisition of participation units of another Millennium fund/sub-fund.
The administrative fee upon swap has a form of a compensatory fee, the amount of which depends on the value of assets swapped.
Compensatory fee
If the rate of the administrative fee in the source subfund (subfund whose participation units are swapped) is lower that the rate in the target subfund, the rate of the administrative fee charged upon swap is equal to the difference between the rate applied by the target subfund and the rate applied by the source subfund. The fee is calculated on the basis of the current value of the participation units subject to swap.
If the rate of the administrative fee charged by source Subfund is higher than the fee charged by the target fund or if a fee according to the same or higher fee has been already paid, the administrative fee will not be charged.
