The Subfund invests assets mainly in equities of small and medium companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, which comprise from 60% to 100% of the Subfund’s assets. These are companies with a share in the WIG index not exceeding 3%. The Subfund may invest remaining assets in other financial instruments, especially equities of other companies and in debt securities issued by the State Treasury and other issuers with high creditworthiness.
The benchmark for assessing how effective the investment in participation units is, is an index, which is made up in 45% of percentage change of the mWIG40 Medium Companies Warsaw Stock Exchange Index, in 45% from percentage change of the sWIG80 Small Companies Warsaw Stock Exchange Index and in 10% of the WIBID6M interbank deposit interest rate from the first Valuation Day in the month, less the value of management fee charged by the Company.
The Subfund is targeted at investors who are interested in investment products with high share of equities of small and medium companies in the portfolio, especially seeking long-term saving opportunities.
